WHAT'S HAPPENING?
GTRI will upgrade Exchange 2010 to service pack 1. During this maintenance, Exchange email/calendaring services may be intermittently unavailable.


WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Beginning Friday, June 3, 2011, at 7:00 PM. The upgrade is expected to be completed by mid-day on Saturday, June 4, 2011.


WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
To apply the latest updates released by Microsoft, to include an enhanced OWA experience and improved OWA compatibility with Macs and Linux.


WHO IS AFFECTED?
Faculty and Staff Exchange and BlackBerry users.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Log out of Outlook or other email client used when leaving the office for the day.
