WHAT?S HAPPENING?
CoC Exchange Services are being migrated to newer hardware. As a result, all Exchange user mailboxes will be migrated to newer hardware.


WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Friday, December 11th at 7:00pm through Saturday, December 12th at 11:59pm


WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
Newer hardware will provide for greater stability and security.


WHO IS AFFECTED?
CoC Exchange users. Exchange email access will be sporadic during the maintenance period.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Log out of Outlook and Outlook Web Access (OWA) during the maintenance period. After the maintenance period has ended, mail services will resume as normal.
