FileMaker Pro services were briefly unavailable.
WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
Between approximately 12:05 PM and 12:10 PM, Tuesday, March 24, 2015.
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
While troubleshooting digital signage issues, it became necessary to restart the FileMaker Pro database service on the FileMaker Pro server.
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
No users were connected to the databases at the time of the restart, so no users should have been impacted.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
FileMaker Pro databases were again available following the service restart.
