WHAT HAPPENED?

The Filemaker Pro server stopped accepting database connections.

Affected servers: ackerman.cc.gatech.edu

WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?

Beginning at approximately 11:35 AM, it was again operational by 11:55 AM Wednesday, March 4, 2015.

WHY DID IT HAPPEN?

Windows Updates caused the Filemaker Service to write to a memory block for which it didn't have write permission.

WHO WAS AFFECTED?

Users of Filemaker Pro.

Affected services: Filemaker

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

No user action is required.  This issue has been resolved.
