The FileMaker Server will be upgraded to the latest supported version.

 
WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Thursday, November 10, 2016, from 7:00 AM until 8:00 AM.

 
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
To provide greater reliability and to re-enable FileMaker web access.

 
WHO IS AFFECTED?
All users of CoC-hosted FileMaker Pro databases.

 
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
The current FileMaker Server service will be disabled for the upgrade during the maintenance window.  Users should insure any related work is saved and any FileMaker databases are closed prior to the maintenance period.  FileMaker Pro will need to be upgraded on user computers to be able to access FileMaker databases after the upgrade.  The TSO Help Desk has reached out to known FileMaker Pro users to schedule upgrades.  If you were not contacted by the Help Desk, please send an email to helpdesk@cc.gatech.edu to schedule your FileMaker Pro upgrade.
