Saturday, May 14, 2016, from 9:30 AM until 3:40 PM.
 
 
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
After OIT scheduled maintenance on one of the main campus routers, mail sent to @gatech.edu addresses began bouncing.  Other email routing domains (such as @cc.gatech.edu) were unaffected.
 
 
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Anyone attempting to send mail to an @gatech.edu email address.
 
 
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Any mail bounced during the above time period should be resent.
 
 
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes.
