Tuesday, January 7th, from 5pm-6pm.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
TSO is updating the underlying endpoint management configuration to bring it in line with other production servers.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of help.cc.gatech.edu will be unable to access it during the reboot.
Affected services:
Request Tracker (help.cc.gatech.edu)
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required. Based on similar reboots, TSO expects the reboot to take 5-10 minutes.
