Users of help.cc.gatech.edu and users submitting tickets or web forms for TSO assistance, Facilities assistance, OMS Advising, or Purchasing.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Users should refrain from submitting tickets during the outage window, as messages may be lost while the server is offline.
