Between 2:45 PM and 3:45 PM, Wednesday, June 27, 2012.
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
While doing preparatory work for the network maintenance in TSRB (see http://support.cc.gatech.edu/utilities/alerts/tsrb-network-upgrade), the uplink for the Jinx switch was inadvertently disconnected.
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
CoC Faculty and students attempting to access the Jinx cluster during the outage. Jobs already running on the cluster appear to have been unaffected.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.
