The new KACB mopiers are rejecting new user registrations.

WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
That's currently being investigated.
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Faculty, staff, and students attempting to use the new mopiers for the first time. Users who had previously used the mopiers are unaffected.
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No. MSA Canon is currently troubleshooting the issue.

The server controlling the new mopiers was unable to successfully connect to GTED for authentication. It was configured to utilize GTAD instead. Registration for new users was successfully tested as of 10:45 AM, Thursday, December 4, 2014.
