WHAT HAPPENED?
The general use research server, killerbee4.cc.gatech.edu, was unresponsive and required an emergency reboot to return functionality.

WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
Processes run on killerbee4 were hanging.  After troubleshooting, it was determined that a reboot was necessary.

 
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
CoC faculty and students using killerbee4. 
 
 
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.

 
HAS THE ISSUE BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes.  There was a hung NFS mount that was resolved by the reboot.
