WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
The SMTP service running on the Mailing List server was not performing as expected.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users the mailing list service of the College of Computing.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
If you sent mail to a list during the specified time, you may need to resend your message to the list. The outage was resolved by restarting the SMTP service. All emails should be flowing normally now.
