Mailman Outage

UPDATE:  TSO personnel responded and identified the cause as a RAID failure.  They were able to successfully rebuild the RAID array to restore normal operation of the Mailman mailing list service as of 11:30 AM, Jan 29, 2018.

The Mailman mailing list service is unavailable.


WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
The start time is currently unknown, but TSO personnel are investigating.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
The root cause is currently unknown.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Any user attempting to use @cc Mailman mailing lists.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Please avoid sending email to Mailman mailing lists until further notice.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No.  TSO personnel are actively investigating.  This notice will be updated as more information becomes available.
