MyGaTech/Zimbra will be intermittently unavailable.
 
 
WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM, Sunday, October 20, 2013.
 
 
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
OIT will perform a software update of the Nexus switches what will result in intermittent access to MyGaTech.
 
 
WHO IS AFFECTED?
All MyGaTech users and BuzzPort users who try to access their email or any calendars during the maintenance period.  Email will be delayed but not lost during the maintenance period.
 
 
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action should be required.
