WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
The networking disruption began at 4:18pm, 02/06/2024. VMs were restored by 5:20pm.

WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
A member of OIT Networking was adding an additional VLAN on a link from the CoC router to the KACB building and mistyped the command. It was immediately corrected, but the networking disruption caused 88 VMs to enter into a paused state.
