From approximately 8:05 PM to 9:25 PM, Thursday, March 22, 2018.

 
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
OIT network maintenance caused the CoC router's CPU to spike, which caused network interruption.

 
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Any user attempting to access CoC network resources.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.

 
HAS THE ISSUE BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes.  OIT backed out a portion of their changes, which resulted in a return to normal service.
