WHAT HAPPENED?
The CoC networks were without network connectivity to the GT campus.


WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
Between approximately 2:20 PM and 2:30 PM, Tuesday, March 13, 2012.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
The North Interconnect router rebooted, affecting the north side of campus.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Academic and administrative buildings serviced by the affected router.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action should be required at this time. Users whose directories did not reconnect should reboot their systems.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
OIT is investigating the cause.
