WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
To resolve prior difficulties printing to the new mopiers from some Windows computers and to ease the transition to the new mopiers.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
Faculty, staff and students using CC AD bound Windows computers.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
An affected user should log out of their Windows computer at the end of their work day. Upon logging in the next day (Thursday, April 30, 2015), the user may see a printer preferences window open. It will close after approximately 5 seconds and should be ignored. Once complete, the user should now be able to print to the new mopier, called "hollister\input-win".
