New SSH connections were unavailable for several CoC UNIX systems.


WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
Between approximately 8:30 AM and 11:30 AM, Thursday, September 27, 2012.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
A script being used to check for hung mount points inadvertently changed the hostnames for several CoC UNIX systems.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Users attempting to establish new SSH connections to the affected systems.  A complete list is not available, but a partial listing of affected systems is shown below:
