WHAT’S HAPPENING?

The network ports for the Outreach, Enrollment and Community (OEC) offices on the south side of the 3rd floor CCB will be patched to newer hardware.  This will result in intermittent network connectivity for the OEC offices during the maintenance window.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

From 5:30 until 6:15 PM, Wednesday Apr 8, 2015.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

To upgrade the network equipment to newer hardware.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

Offices in the OEC suite, on the south side of the 3rd floor of CCB.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

Users in OEC should avoid any work involving network files or services and be prepared for loss of network connectivity during the maintenance period.
