WHAT’S HAPPENING?
OIT webhosting has a planned maintenance window to restart hosted web instances.  This affects specifically the following hosts: web-plesk1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11; and Web-gtri1.
 
 
WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Tuesday, November 24, 2015 between 5:00 and 7:00 AM.
 
 
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
To improve disk space allotment and performance when managing temporary files.  To improve performance during backups for large sites.
 
 
WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of the C21U and OMSCS websites (web-plesk 10 and 3, respectively).

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is necessary.  Be prepared for a brief (5-minute) downtime on the above websites during the maintenance window.
