From approximately 2:00 PM on Sunday, July 17, to 7:35 AM, Monday, July 18, 2011.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
A UPS providing power to some switches in the CCB 1S data closet failed.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Users of CCB 1st floor computers serviced by the affected switches.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action should be required. In some cases, affected computers will not reconnect to their mapped drives correctly and should be rebooted to restore connectivity.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes. TSO moved the affected switches to a working power source.
