UPDATE: Exchange services are once again fully functional.  One of the servers was having authentication issues.  GTRI rebooted the server, which restored normal operation.

WHAT HAPPENED?
Some CoC faculty and staff Exchange users are unable to connect to Exchange through mobile and desktop clients.

Beginning the evening of Monday, March 16, 2015.

That's currently being investigated.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Some CoC Faculty and staff Exchange users.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
OWA (https://ccmail.cc.gatech.edu) does not appear to be affected.  Until the issue is resolved, affected users should use OWA for email and calendaring.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No, the issue is still being investigated.  This notice will be updated with further details as they become available.
