WHAT HAPPENED?
Some users are unable to log into the CoC mopiers.  


WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
Beginning Thursday, December 17, 2015.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
The uniflow server that controls the mopiers was hitting an LDAP query limitation, preventing a complete listing of allowed users from being populated on the server and granted logon rights.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Some CoC faculty, staff, and students attempting to use the affected mopiers.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Affected users should notify the Help Desk if they're experiencing issues printing for assistance.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No. OIT extended the limits, but it's still failing on the uniflow server.  TSO and OIT continue to troubleshoot.
