WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
Networking:  from approximately 10:15 AM until 11:30 AM on Tuesday, February 7, 2017.
Websites:  from approximately 10:15 AM until 12:30 PM on Tuesday, February 7, 2017
 
 
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
All but two blades in the main KACB router went offline.
 
 
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Networking in KACB was unavailable.  CoC websites were unreachable.  

 
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action should be required.
 
 
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes.  After we rebooted the chassis and removed one of the blades, the other blades came back up.  The underlying cause is unknown, and the logs have been sent to Cisco for analysis.  Networking was restored by 11:30 AM, February 7, 2017.

The CoC webservers did not recover gracefully following the networking outage.  Websites began to come back online at 11:55 AM and were all restored by 12:30 AM, February 7, 2017.
