The departmental VPN load balancer is not correctly connecting users to the VPN service.

Beginning at approximately 11:00 AM, Sunday, September 6, 2015.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
That's currently being investigated.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Users of the departmental VPN including CoC faculty, staff, and grad students.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Affected users should use the main campus VPN (anyc.vpn.gatech.edu) or connect to either dept1.vpn.gatech.edu or dept2.vpn.gatech.edu to bypass the load balancer until the issue is resolved.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No.
