WHAT HAPPENED?
Email sent to room calendars/mailboxes in CCB and TSRB were bouncing for non-Exchange users.


WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
From approximately Wednesday, September 26, 2012, until 3:30 PM, Friday, October 12, 2012.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
The process that populates those aliases for non-Exchange users stopped working.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Any non-Exchange users attempting to send email or meeting invitations to the affected mailboxes.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.  If users receive any further bounces when sending to one of the affected rooms, please notify the TSO Help Desk.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No. However, known aliases have been manually input until the issue can be resolved.
