Authentication attempts failed while trying to connect to the GTRI Exchange server using Outlook clients. Outlook Web Access (OWA) and phone connections were not affected.

It occurred between approximately 9:45 PM Monday April 20 and 7:30 AM Tuesday April 21, 2015.
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
GTRI did not report a cause, but a reboot of the Domain Controller resolved the issue.
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
College of Computing faculty and staff connecting to GTRI Exchange mail services using the Outlook client.
Outlook connections to Exchange.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is necessary.
