WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
An SSL error on the server hosting the forms caused the pages to be unavailable.
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Users attempting to reset their CoC passwords or attempting to request a CoC account using the online forms.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action should be required.
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes. The error was corrected and the forms are again available.
