CoC faculty, staff, or students attempting to use the online password reset form at http://support.cc.gatech.edu/resources/forms/password-reset/coc-account-password-reset.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Users needing to reset their CoC passwords will need to use one of the other methods as described at http://support.cc.gatech.edu/faq/how-do-i-reset-my-password.
