The online CoC password reset form is not successfully changing passwords.

Beginning at approximately 12:00 PM on Wednesday, September 28, and ongoing.
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
TSO is currently investigating the issue.
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
CoC account holders who attempt to change their account password using the online password reset form. The form may incorrectly report a successful password change.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Any affected CoC user should please try resetting their password using one of the other methods mentioned here: https://support.cc.gatech.edu/faq/how-do-i-reset-my-password.
HAS THE ISSUE BEEN RESOLVED?
No. This notice will be updated once TSO has found a resolution.

The problem was traced to a full root file system on a core web server. The issue was corrected, and the password reset form was returned to service at 4:45 PM on Thursday, September 29, 2016.
