WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
The switch is experiencing high packet loss, affecting users on the 3rd floor north hallway of KACB.


WHO IS AFFECTED?
Wired and wireless users on the 3rd floor north hallway by the database lab will briefly lose network connectivity while the switch is rebooted.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Affected users should save their work prior to the maintenance period and be prepared for service interruption during the maintenance.
