WHAT’S HAPPENING?

The Research Community Drupal server experienced an outage.

Affected servers:

research.cc.gatech.edu

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

The server became unresponsive on Tuesday, June 3rd at 3:55AM and was back online at 11:30AM.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

One of the research lab pages was misconfigured and became compromised remotely.  The problem was corrected.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

All visitors of http://research.cc.gatech.edu/

Affected services:

Drupal web services on research.cc.gatech.edu.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

No action is needed.
