The TSO RT ticketing server help.cc.gatech.edu had its SSL server certificate, which was set to expire, replaced at 10:10 AM on Friday, February 13, 2009. This affects TSO, Facilities, and Student Services employees who login to RT; they will need to accept the new GT-signed certificate at the next login. After the certificate was installed and the server was restarted, RT was again available at 10:15 AM. This maintenance would not have affected users who were sending in tickets or responses to RT.
