, the server that hosts the database for the Help Desk Request Tracker (RT) ticketing system, experienced a hardware failure at approximately 8:45 AM, Friday, June 26, 2009. As a result, TSO is unable to access pending RT tickets. Email submitted to and between 8:45 AM and 10:00 AM, June 26, were not received. CoC faculty, staff, and students who submitted email during that period should resend their message. Future requests submitted to and will reach TSO; however, the messages will not be logged in the RT ticketing system. The TSO staff member handling the request will respond directly to the user.
