The scp.cc.gatech.edu website will be upgraded from Drupal 9 to Drupal 10 because Drupal 9 has reached its end-of-life date (https://www.drupal.org/psa-2023-11-01).

WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of the affected websites, both visitors and editors, may experience intermittent unavailability during the maintenance period.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Users of the affected websites should save their work and log off before the maintenance period.
