The server ix.cc.gatech.edu, which provides the database backend for TSO's RT ticketing system, and the CoC Faculty/Staff Zimbra server email.cc.gatech.edu, which also provides services as imap.cc.gatech.edu, will both be patched beginning at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, September 2, 2008. Services provided by these servers could be intermittent during this time. All patching is expected to be completed by 8:00PM, September 2.
