UPDATE: After investigation by TSO personnel, it was discovered the server failed to resolve it's DHCP lease after yesterday's campus network outage. Renewing the DHCP process returned the server to service.

The server hosting the website became unresponsive.

No. TSO personnel are investigating the issue.
