At 8:30 AM on Wenesday, June 18, 2008, it was reported to TSO that CC BlackBerries could not lookup addresses from the Global Address List (GAL) or send email. This was verified by TSO staff. As of 10:00 AM, CC BlackBerries were again able to perform these functions. The cause of the temporary outage has not been determined. We will continue to monitor the situation and post any updates as they become available.

Update: TSO has confirmed with AT&T that there was an AT&T BlackBerry network outage on the morning of June 18 that affected our area.
