WHAT HAPPENED?

Starting just after 3pm several users walked into the HelpDesk with WiFi and general network connectivity issues.  The OIT Network Operations Center was called and they were aware of the issue but had no further details. The network recovered around 3:20pm.

From approximately 3pm to 3:20pm, June 1st.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

Information about the outage has not been posted by OIT at this time.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

All users accessing on campus resources may have experienced issues during this window.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

No user action is required, please contact the TSO HelpDesk if any issues persist or resources are unavailable.
