WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

A pump that supports the cooling failed.

Users of the servers listed above.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

Nothing. TSRB facilities have reset the pump, and data center temperatures are stabilizing.  Servers will remain offline while facilities continue to investigate the root cause.
