No. TSO is investigating and will restore services as soon as possible.

UPDATE: The power distribution unit (PDU) received a power overload at 8:30 AM 7/12/11. It tried to bypass to battery backup, but the bypass module failed and the PDU shut down. The PDU has been restarted and services have been restored as of approximately 11:20 AM 7/12/11.
