On Wednesday, August 13, 2008, TSO will upgrade the software code on the network switches in the 2nd and 3rd floor data closets in TSRB. The upgrades will require the switches to be rebooted. So, users on the 2nd and 3rd floors of TSRB will experience brief network outages of approximately 5 minutes as the switch they are connected to is rebooted. This maintenance period will begin at 6:00 PM and should be completed by 8:00 PM.
