WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
hollister.cc.gatech.edu froze unexpectedly while TSO was preparing for Windows patching this afternoon - Windows Patching 10/6/20. We are investigating the root cause of the issue and will update this notice when we have additional information.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users attempting to print to the College of Computing mopiers will be unable to do so until the issue is resolved.
