Some new College of Computing Faculty, Staff, and Students are unable to print to the CoC Mopiers.

The issue began Tuesday, 8/29 and is ongoing.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
The software on the Uniflow print server that imports new users has stopped working. TSO is working with the vendor to investigate and fix the problem.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
New CoC Faculty, Staff, and Students will be unable to log into and use the mopiers until this issue is resolved.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
At this time no user action is required. TSO will update this notice when the issue is resolved.
