At approximately 2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 2, 2008, TSO became aware that users were unable to connect to our network through VPN and began investigating. The VPN server was up, but the authentication process was unresponsive. The process was restarted, but this did not fix the issue, so the server was rebooted. The system came back online at 2:22 PM; thereafter, VPN access was tested as working.
