WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
OIT traced the issue with the fiber to a faulty fiber connector at the North Interconnect. The connector has been replaced, and the fiber is ready to be brought back online.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
As this is redundant fiber, no users should be impacted.

UPDATE: The issues with the redundant fiber persist, so the connection has been taken back offline. TSO will continue to troubleshoot the issue with OIT.
