The cause is unknown at this time.
 
 
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Any users attempting to join a WebEx meeting.
 
 
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
OIT recommends use of alternate meeting platforms until WebEx is restored to full functionality.
 
 
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No.  OIT is working with the vendor for resolution.  More information about this issue is available at https://status.gatech.edu
