WHAT’S HAPPENING?

The Webex license for campus will be upgraded by OIT.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

Friday, August 9th from 5pm to 9pm.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

All faculty, staff, and students attempting to use Webex during the upgrade window.

Affected services: gatech.webex.com and associated services

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

No actions are required on your part; however, no meetings can occur during the 4-hour maintenance window.
