At approximately 6:10 AM, Thursday, October 30, 2008, TSO was notified that printing was not working for one of our staff members. After investigating, it was determined that the print spooler on the Windows print server, which provides services as, had stopped. This would have affected CoC faculty, staff, and students who use ccprint for their print server. The spooler was restarted, and print jobs were again being processed at 7:20 AM, October 30.
